The Role
We are on the hunt for a Head of Sales who is highly competitive, and data-driven. Drawboard is a ~35 person team mostly consisting of technical members, so you’ll be leading a small, but growing sales team, reporting to the CEO. This will involve everything sales related. You will be well supported by the CEO and other members.
We will place a heavy emphasis on data, and number savvy candidates.
Sales
- Leading a team of up to 5 people for the next 12 months, with plans to grow quickly as a venture-backed technology company
- Own direct sales, strategic partnerships, sales operations, account management and customer success
- A lot of process is already in place so there will be a running start, but there is freedom to re-create the playbook. Our previous sales director moved on after four years due to moving back to their home country in Europe and leaves behind a very well oiled sales machine.
